I had the pleasure of having Henrietta help me hunt for a condo in downtown Vancouver for my children over a year ago. She's efficient, cheerful and never pushy! She also did very thorough price and sales comparison on the potential properties that we looked at. She was not afraid to tell me to walk away from deals when the sellers wouldn't come down to a reasonable market price. She bargained hard for me and when we got the unit we wanted, she would not relent on making sure seller side fulfill all their obligation.
